Ak sa chce\u0161 zaradi\u0165 medzi progres\u00edvnych futbalov\u00fdch tr\u00e9nerov a\u00a0chce\u0161 vynika\u0165 v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnom futbale, tvoji zverenci musia ma\u0165 nielen v\u00fdborn\u00e9 technick\u00e9, ale aj taktick\u00e9 znalosti, ktor\u00e9 zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa r\u00f4zne hern\u00e9 strat\u00e9gie. Tak isto musia ma\u0165 v\u00fdborn\u00fa fyzick\u00fa kond\u00edciu, pr\u00e1cu n\u00f4h, fyzick\u00fa silu a odolnos\u0165. Bez t\u00fdchto aspektov hry a pravideln\u00e9ho a svedomit\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu sa nikdy nem\u00f4\u017eu zaradi\u0165 medzi najlep\u0161\u00edch. Bohu\u017eia\u013e, aj v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa pre mnoh\u00fdch futbalistov i tr\u00e9nerov ich tr\u00e9ning kon\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1ve v tomto bode. Je to kritick\u00e1 chyba, nako\u013eko sa domnievaj\u00fa, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161ie spom\u00ednan\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 atrib\u00faty s\u00fa posta\u010duj\u00face na to, aby sa zaradili medzi t\u00fdch najlep\u0161\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\">T\u00fdmto ignoruj\u00fa tak\u00fa podstatn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 pr\u00edpravy futbalistu akou je ment\u00e1lny\u00a0aspekt hry. Ak t\u00edm, ktor\u00fd je v z\u00e1pase favoritom, a predpoklad\u00e1 sa jeho \u013eahk\u00e9 v\u00ed\u0165azstvo, prehr\u00e1 s ove\u013ea slab\u0161\u00edm t\u00edmom, toto nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 vysvetli\u0165 t\u00fdm, \u017ee by \u0161lo o\u00a0\u0161\u0165astie \u010di \u0161ikovnos\u0165 s\u00fapera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\">Ak hr\u00e1 futbalista pod \u00farov\u0148ou svojho potenci\u00e1lu kv\u00f4li tomu, \u017ee m\u00e1 obavy \u010di strach, alebo je neprimerane nerv\u00f3zny, nie je to preto, \u017ee by zrazu stratil svoje hr\u00e1\u010dske schopnosti!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\">V\u0161etky tieto pr\u00edpady poukazuj\u00fa na ment\u00e1lny aspekt hry, na jej psychologick\u00fd rozmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\">Najlep\u0161\u00ed futbalisti maj\u00fa nielen skvel\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 schopnosti, kond\u00edciu a\u00a0technick\u00e9 zru\u010dnosti, ale disponuj\u00fa aj spr\u00e1vnym nastaven\u00edm mysle, in\u00fdmi slovami s\u00fa pova\u017eovan\u00ed za ment\u00e1lne siln\u00fdch futbalistov. Bu\u010f priamo, alebo nepriamo, s\u00fa pravidelne tr\u00e9novan\u00ed po ment\u00e1lnej str\u00e1nke. V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee hr\u00e1\u010d napr\u00edklad zahodil jasn\u00fa \u0161ancu na g\u00f3l, boj\u00ed sa svojho s\u00fapera, alebo hr\u00e1 ve\u013emi zle, preto\u017ee mu ch\u00fdbalo sebavedomie, alebo mal hlavu pln\u00fa negativity, potom presne viete, o \u010dom hovor\u00edm, ke\u010f sa bav\u00edme o\u00a0ment\u00e1lnej str\u00e1nke hry.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\">Aby ste dostali zo svojich hr\u00e1\u010dov maximum, je potrebn\u00e9 za\u010da\u0165 systematicky pracova\u0165 na ich ment\u00e1lnej str\u00e1nke, nazvime to, na ich vn\u00fatornom \u0161portovcovi. Ako t\u00e9ner si mus\u00edte jednoducho vyhradi\u0165 \u010das na to, aby ste pracovali na rozv\u00edjan\u00ed ment\u00e1lnej str\u00e1nky svojich zverencov. Ak obetujete ment\u00e1lnemu rozvoju svojho t\u00edmu extra \u010das, va\u0161i zverenci bud\u00fa schopn\u00ed lep\u0161ie zvl\u00e1da\u0165 tlak, ktor\u00fd je na nich vyv\u00edjan\u00fd pred z\u00e1pasom \u010di s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eou. Ak v\u0161ak nebude jeho sebavedomie na po\u017eadovanej \u00farovni, nikdy sa nezarad\u00ed medzi t\u00fdch najlep\u0161\u00edch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\"><b>3. Zamerania sa na proces, nie na kone\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdsledok<\/b><br>Po\u010das \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu sa \u0161portovec absol\u00fatne nezapodieva kone\u010dn\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkom z\u00e1pasu. Ke\u010f hr\u00e1 naozaj dobre, nezaober\u00e1 sa rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ean\u00edm nad t\u00fdm, \u010di vyhr\u00e1 alebo prehr\u00e1, alebo \u010do sa stane, ak sa mu v z\u00e1pase nie\u010do nepodar\u00ed. Namiesto toho je naplno zahrnut\u00fd v z\u00e1pase, riadi sa pod\u013ea pravidla TU a TERAZ. Jeho koncentr\u00e1cia je zameran\u00e1 na to, \u010do pr\u00e1ve rob\u00ed. V\u0161etko ostatn\u00e9 ho nezauj\u00edma. Jednou z najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch ch\u00fdb ka\u017ed\u00e9ho futbalistu je t\u00e1 ak za\u010dne po\u010das z\u00e1pasu rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 nad v\u00fdsledkom, ke\u010f je jeho koncentr\u00e1cia zameran\u00e1 na kone\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdsledok. Ak budete schopn\u00ed pripravi\u0165 svojich hr\u00e1\u010dov na proces, na to \u010do sa deje TU a TERAZ, v\u00ed\u0165azstvo sa postar\u00e1 samo o seba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\"><b>4. Uvedomenie si, \u017ee chyby a prehry patria k \u0161portov\u00e9mu \u017eivotu<\/b><br>Po\u010das \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu sa \u0161portovec absol\u00fatne nezapodieva t\u00fdm, \u010di sprav\u00ed chybu, prehr\u00e1 s\u00faboj, alebo mu nie\u010do nevyjde pod\u013ea jeho predst\u00e1v. Ak sa mu nie\u010do nepodar\u00ed, obohr\u00e1 ho protihr\u00e1\u010d, d\u00e1 zl\u00fa prihr\u00e1vku\u2026 at\u010f., automaticky vr\u00e1ti svoju pozornos\u0165 na to, \u010do sa deje v danom momente, na to, \u010do m\u00e1 presne robi\u0165 \u2013 na svoje \u00falohy. Futbalisti (tak isto aj tr\u00e9neri), ktor\u00ed sa boja spravi\u0165 chybu, alebo sa boja prehier, nikdy nebud\u00fa schopn\u00ed dosahova\u0165 pravidelne \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 v\u00fdkony a\u00a0v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou hraj\u00fa pod \u00farov\u0148ou svojho potenci\u00e1lu.
