Tak ako sa men\u00ed futbal, ktor\u00fd uber\u00e1 na mno\u017estve odbehnut\u00fdch kilometrov, no pritom hr\u00e1\u010di hraj\u00fa vo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch intenzit\u00e1ch, tak sa men\u00ed i\u00a0poh\u013ead na pr\u00edpravu.\u00a0 V\u00fdkonnos\u0165, respekt\u00edve aer\u00f3bnu kapacitu si v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti <strong>overuj\u00fa mnoh\u00e9 dru\u017estv\u00e1 na za\u010diatku zimn\u00e9ho pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia<\/strong>. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je n\u00e1sledne so z\u00edskan\u00fdmi hodnotami pracova\u0165 \u010falej v rozvoji vytrvalosti, r\u00fdchlostnej vytrvalosti a sily. <strong>Doba pr\u00edpravy sa ale skracuje.<\/strong> Hr\u00e1\u010d, ktor\u00fd je tr\u00e9novan\u00fd dlhodobo len vytrvalostne (trate cez 1 km) str\u00e1ca na v\u00fdbu\u0161nosti a r\u00fdchlosti. Pravdou je, \u017ee zrejme len m\u00e1lo tr\u00e9nerov pou\u017e\u00edva od sam\u00e9ho za\u010diatku v\u00a0 zimnej pr\u00edprave model krat\u0161\u00edch \u00fasekov, kedy sa hr\u00e1\u010di dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa na hranicu anaer\u00f3bneho prahu. Je ale ot\u00e1zkou, \u010di prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa hr\u00e1\u010di do pr\u00edpravy v takom psychickom aj fyzickom stave, aby anaer\u00f3bne za\u0165a\u017eenie nesp\u00f4sobilo viac \u0161kody ako \u00fa\u017eitku (zranenie). V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina klubov to preto\u00a0 i\u00a0v\u010faka monitorovac\u00edm zariadeniam a\u00a0v\u00a0amat\u00e9rskom futbale prostredn\u00edctvom r\u00f4znych aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed rie\u0161i ur\u010ditou formou individualizovanej predpr\u00edpravy, ktor\u00e1 n\u00e1sledne v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou zabezpe\u010d\u00ed plynul\u00fd prechod do zimn\u00e9ho pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia na ur\u010ditej, mysl\u00edme vy\u0161\u0161ej fyzickej \u00farovni, \u010do n\u00e1m d\u00e1va mo\u017enos\u0165 v\u00a0r\u00e1mci skr\u00e1tenej zimnej pr\u00edpravy od po\u010diatku tr\u00e9nova\u0165 vo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch intenzit\u00e1ch. V\u0161etko je v\u0161ak ve\u013emi relat\u00edvne a\u00a0podlo\u017een\u00e9 dobr\u00fdm pl\u00e1novan\u00edm a\u00a0hlavne fyzickou \u00farov\u0148ou hr\u00e1\u010dov prich\u00e1dzaj\u00facich po prest\u00e1vke do klubu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\"><strong>Pojem<\/strong> \u201ezimn\u00e1 pr\u00edprava\u201c ako sme ho v\u00a0minulosti vn\u00edmali je scestn\u00fd a\u00a0v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti obstoj\u00ed len z h\u013eadiska krit\u00e9ri\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00fdch obdob\u00ed. Aj v\u00a0na\u0161ich klimatick\u00fdch podmienkach, hlavne zmenou podmienok, nov\u00fdmi a\u00a0modernej\u0161\u00edmi vedecky podlo\u017een\u00fdmi inform\u00e1ciami o\u00a0fyzickej pr\u00edprave vo futbale, zmenou tr\u00e9ningov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed a\u00a0v\u00a0nemalej miere i\u00a0v\u00a0s\u00favislosti s\u00a0klimatick\u00fdmi zmenami nadob\u00fada pojem a\u00a0hlavne obsah zimnej pr\u00edpravy <strong>nov\u00fd rozmer,<\/strong> nov\u00fa ideov\u00fa n\u00e1pl\u0148 v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed s\u00a0minulos\u0165ou. V\u00fdvoj futbalu men\u00ed i\u00a0<strong>princ\u00edpy<\/strong> pr\u00edpravy. Vo vyspelom futbalovom svete tento pojem, ako aj obdobie, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou v\u00a0takomto po\u0148at\u00ed absentuje. K\u00fdm v na\u0161ich zemepisn\u00fdch \u0161\u00edrkach vytv\u00e1rame a najm\u00e4 hodnot\u00edme\u00a0 5-8 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov\u00e9 modely zimnej pr\u00edpravy, prest\u00ed\u017ene eur\u00f3pske ligy n\u00e1m v\u00a0tomto obdob\u00ed pon\u00fakaj\u00fa preplnen\u00e9 \u0161tadi\u00f3ny a n\u00e1dhern\u00e9 g\u00f3ly. Treba v\u0161ak poznamena\u0165, aby sme nezav\u00e1dzali, \u017ee u\u017e spom\u00ednan\u00fd vyspel\u00fd futbalov\u00fd svet na klubovej, resp. n\u00e1rodnej \u00farovni taktie\u017e pozn\u00e1 pojem pr\u00edprava:<br>a)\u00a0<strong>pr\u00edprava<\/strong> pred dlhodob\u00fdmi s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eami\u00a0 (n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 ligy, LM, kvalifik\u00e1cie)<br>b)\u00a0<strong>pr\u00edprava<\/strong> pred vrcholn\u00fdmi svetov\u00fdmi podujatiami\u00a0 (majstrovstv\u00e1 kontinentov, resp. MS)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\">Toto obdobie v\u0161ak pre\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa hr\u00e1\u010di v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou mimo klubu a\u00a0to v\u00a0r\u00e1mci kempov. Preto m\u00f4\u017eeme sledova\u0165 kempy Realu Madrid v ne\u010falekom Rak\u00fasku, alebo in\u0161pirova\u0165 sa publikovan\u00fdmi pr\u00edpravami n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch t\u00edmov pred svetov\u00fdm \u0161ampion\u00e1tom. Podobne ako zahrani\u010dn\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di, aj v na\u0161ich futbalov\u00fdch podmienkach maj\u00fa\u00a0 futbalisti po\u010das pr\u00edpravy zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 parametre tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia (intenzita, objem, frekvencia, d\u013a\u017eka trvania podnetov).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\">Mnoh\u00ed progres\u00edvni\u00a0 tr\u00e9neri zast\u00e1vaj\u00fa n\u00e1zor, \u017ee by sa kondi\u010dn\u00fd tr\u00e9ning v pr\u00edpravnom obdob\u00ed nemal l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 od fyzickej pr\u00edpravy po\u010das celej sez\u00f3ny (maxim\u00e1lne prida\u0165 1 TJ), preto\u017ee jednotliv\u00e9 kondi\u010dn\u00e9 prvky nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 dovies\u0165 na vysok\u00fa a predov\u0161etk\u00fdm stabiln\u00fa \u00farove\u0148 v priebehu izolovan\u00e9ho obdobia 4 alebo 5 t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00e9ho kondi\u010dn\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu v pr\u00edpravnom obdob\u00ed. Moje sk\u00fasenosti z\u00a0profesion\u00e1lneho i\u00a0amat\u00e9rskeho futbalu s\u00fa: zvoli\u0165 model <strong>komplexn\u00e9ho<\/strong> zimn\u00e9ho pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia prisp\u00f4soben\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledkom diagnostiky vlastn\u00e9ho dru\u017estva. Dru\u017estvo je potom vraj pripraven\u00e9 na s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00fa f\u00e1zu.\u00a0N\u00e1sledne sa objem a intenzita zn\u00ed\u017ei, aby ste cez v\u00edkend neboli unaven\u00ed na 1. s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00fd z\u00e1pas.\u00a0V centre pozornosti s\u00fa potom technicko-taktick\u00e9 cvi\u010denia, ke\u010f\u017ee hr\u00e1\u010di s\u00fa u\u017e ako\u017ee fyzicky zdatn\u00ed.\u00a0V\u0161eobecn\u00e1 z\u00e1sada \u201ePo\u010das sez\u00f3ny sa kond\u00edcia m\u00f4\u017ee len udr\u017eiava\u0165 a nie zvy\u0161ova\u0165\u201c si nach\u00e1dza t\u00fato pom\u00fdlen\u00fa cestu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\">Tento postup m\u00e1 potom za n\u00e1sledok, a to poznaj\u00fa mnoh\u00ed tr\u00e9neri: Ve\u013ea, najm\u00e4 svalov\u00fdch zranen\u00ed a poklesov v\u00fdkonnosti v\u00a0z\u00e1pasoch alebo v poslednej tretine sez\u00f3ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify-text\">V podstate je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pochopi\u0165, \u017ee futbal je <strong>kolekt\u00edvny \u0161port, ktor\u00fd nem\u00e1 takmer ni\u010d spolo\u010dn\u00e9 s individu\u00e1lnymi \u0161portmi ako je beh, cyklistika \u010di atletika<\/strong>.\u00a0Mnoh\u00ed \u0161portov\u00ed vedci, ktor\u00ed po\u010das \u0161t\u00fadia nazbierali ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo poznatkov o te\u00f3rii tr\u00e9ningu, fyziol\u00f3gii, anat\u00f3mii at\u010f., sa <strong>sna\u017eia vn\u00fati\u0165 svoje v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 vedomosti<\/strong> z te\u00f3rie tr\u00e9ningu do futbalu a pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa rovnak\u00e9 tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 met\u00f3dy ako v individu\u00e1lnych \u0161portoch. D\u00f4sledkom toho je, ako u\u017e bolo spomenut\u00e9, pou\u017e\u00edvanie klasickej periodiz\u00e1cie, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee vytrvalos\u0165 sa tr\u00e9nuje ako vytrvalci, r\u00fdchlos\u0165 ako \u0161print\u00e9ri a silov\u00e1 zlo\u017eka ako silov\u00ed \u0161portovci.\u00a0V d\u00f4sledku toho s\u00fa atletick\u00fd tr\u00e9neri \u010dasto vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed ako kondi\u010dn\u00ed tr\u00e9neri vo futbalovom klube.\u00a0No ako\u017ee fajn, ALE?
