Bez sily nie je pohyb! Dynamiz\u00e1cia futbalu n\u00e1s preto n\u00fati st\u00e1le viac a viac venova\u0165 pozornos\u0165 silovej pr\u00edprave. Existuje mnoho n\u00e1zorov, postupov a overen\u00fdch i neoveren\u00fdch pr\u00e1vd v silovom tr\u00e9ningu. V\u017edy v\u0161ak mus\u00ed plati\u0165 met\u00f3da postupnosti a progres\u00edvneho nastavenia tr\u00e9ningu. Bez tejto zru\u010dnosti nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 sa zlep\u0161ova\u0165. Plat\u00ed to i\u00a0pre futbal, kde sa vyu\u017e\u00edva reak\u010dnej a v\u00fdbu\u0161nej r\u00fdchlosti, odrazov, \u010di skokov. U\u017e ste niekedy videli slab\u00e9ho \u0161print\u00e9ra? Rozv\u00edjanie maxim\u00e1lnej silovej schopnosti teda priamo s\u00favis\u00ed so samotn\u00fdm rozv\u00edjan\u00edm \u010fal\u0161\u00edch zru\u010dnost\u00ed a schopnost\u00ed, pre ktor\u00e9 je maxim\u00e1lna sila prirodzen\u00fdm z\u00e1kladom. V\u017edy v\u0161ak bude d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd cit ka\u017ed\u00e9ho tr\u00e9nera, jeho vlastn\u00e9 nazeranie na silov\u00fa pr\u00edpravu na z\u00e1klade vlastn\u00fdch podmienok, mo\u017enost\u00ed a\u00a0hr\u00e1\u010dskej kvality v\u00a0oblasti silov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed. Vo funk\u010dnom tr\u00e9ningu sily si kladieme z\u00e1kladn\u00fa ot\u00e1zku. Kde je nejak\u00e1 hranica silov\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia? Na\u0161a odpove\u010f je: \u201eTam, kde za\u010d\u00edna ak\u00e1ko\u013evek dysfunkcia, teda pre\u0165a\u017eovanie \u010di nevhodn\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eovanie ak\u00e9hoko\u013evek druhu.\u201c To v\u0161ak nem\u00e1 \u010do robi\u0165 s pr\u00e1cou s vlastn\u00fdm telom, \u010di tr\u00e9ningom na strojoch alebo so z\u00e1va\u017e\u00edm, to s\u00favis\u00ed s aplik\u00e1ciou tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, s jednostrann\u00fdm \u010di netechnick\u00fdm za\u0165a\u017eovan\u00edm, so znalos\u0165ou dan\u00e9ho hr\u00e1\u010da at\u010f. Napr\u00edklad vo futbale je \u010dast\u00fdm dlhodob\u00e9 pre\u0165a\u017eovanie kvadricepsov s n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm\u00a0oslaben\u00edm hamstringov, \u010do m\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou nesk\u00f4r za n\u00e1sledok nespr\u00e1vnu polohu panvy a\u00a0n\u00e1sledne mo\u017en\u00e9 probl\u00e9my so spodn\u00fdm chrbtom (\u010dast\u00e9 u\u00a0futbalistov), \u010di kolenn\u00fdmi v\u00e4zmi (po\u0161kodenie LCA \u2013 ligamentum cruciatum anterius, predn\u00e9ho skr\u00ed\u017een\u00e9ho v\u00e4zu kolena).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Rozvoj sily potrebnej pre futbal je po rozvoji koordina\u010dn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed druhou najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ou zlo\u017ekou kondi\u010dnej pr\u00edpravy. Snahou v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iny tr\u00e9nerov v silovom\u00a0tr\u00e9ningu je posil\u0148ovanie \u2013 hypertrofia f\u00e1zick\u00fdch (vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa pohyb) svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien, \u010do je v\u00a0podstate spr\u00e1vne, pokia\u013e vieme, \u010di hr\u00e1\u010di maj\u00fa stabiln\u00fd punktum fixum (bod opory), \u010di nemaj\u00fa dysbalancie na z\u00e1klade jednostrann\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia a\u00a0pokia\u013e vieme \u010do chceme posil\u0148ovan\u00edm dosiahnu\u0165. S \u010dinkou sa pohybujete v r\u00e1mci gravit\u00e1cie, mus\u00edte udr\u017eiava\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 \u0165a\u017eisko, inak spadnete na zem vy alebo \u010dinka, teda neust\u00e1le prebieha stabiliz\u00e1cia. Mnoho ur\u010dit\u00fdch strojov iste pracuje na z\u00e1klade gravit\u00e1cie, ale rozdielne pracujete s \u0165a\u017eiskom a vy nie ste n\u00faten\u00ed stabilizova\u0165, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 zna\u010dne nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a pri mnoh\u00fdch \u0161portoch aj dos\u0165 neefekt\u00edvne.
