Success is part of me and I take succeess with me everywhere I go. I enthuse people with success. I love winning and nothing can prevent me from achieving my goals. THE TEAM’S SET-UP: The set-up is adjusted to the team. There isn’t one perfect set-up which would allow us to win every match in every team. I prefer to adjust the set-up to the players’ skills and quality.. CULTURE / ETHICS / VALUES: I’m capable of establishing a good relationship with the team and the players. I’m very empathetic about young players. Motivation based on the players’ needs and activities, not enforced by the coach. I’m able to develop a properly functioning environment. I utilise soft skills in everyday work. Working based on awareness and the need to wise and intense work.. TRAINING MICROCYCLE: Based on using match activities during training. In training, utilising drills which will be used in the match and focus on repeatable skills / behaviour. Focus on high intensity. In terms of young players, competition is the key to get engaged in training. COMPETITION PREPARATION: We want to dominate in every game. It’s us who must dominate on the pitch. In relation to competing with better opponents, focus on mental preparation quality play in defence. We concentrate on defending with quality of players, not the number of players. Quality, not quantity.. ADDED VALUE: Individual approach to every player. In youth training, focus on preparing the player for the first team. Thanks to developing the best Under-13 team in Poland, I have the knowhow to assess a player’s potential. I consider working in every age category in youth football in Poland to be a great asset of mine. |
