Having successfully established ourselves in the world of football education, I\u2019d like to take the next few posts to share our journey\u2014how we transformed the way football coaches (not only in Slovakia) learn and develop. It\u2019s an insight into how we built something that changed the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just before COVID-19, we launched our platform with the ambition to reshape football coaching education. When I first introduced my idea (which I\u2019ll share in the following posts) to the Slovak Football Association, they struggled to see how our project could fit into their existing system of coaching education and continuous development. There were concerns about whether coaches would be comfortable using modern technology, how content would be created and shared, and even who should be responsible for producing it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

But I had a clear vision. I believed that this project could not only help the association improve the quality and efficiency of coaching education but also make football knowledge more accessible to coaches in a much simpler way\u2014without the need for costly travel, overnight stays, or missing training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then COVID-19 changed everything. But even in the first weeks and months of the pandemic, the association remained cautious, hoping things would soon return to normal. As time went on, it became clear that wasn\u2019t going to happen. After further discussions, we agreed to move forward together. The association needed to provide coaches with continuous education, as required by UEFA regulations, and I knew exactly how we could make it happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since it was impossible for the Slovak FA to hold their annual Coaching Conference in person, we decided to take an unconventional approach\u2014hosting it on our platform. It took months of preparation: we handled the technical side, while the association provided content through its instructors, national team coaches, and academy staff. We coordinated the entire process, from recording lectures to providing ongoing technical support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In December 2020, we launched the first-ever Slovak FA Online Coaching Conference\u2014a collection of pre-recorded lectures that coaches could purchase for a symbolic fee. That\u2019s when we sparked a small but significant revolution in football coaching education in Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference featured dozens of lectures and courses, structured by coaching license levels, allowing coaches to earn credits toward their license renewals. And while there was some initial hesitation, it didn\u2019t take long for coaches to embrace this new way of learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But we didn\u2019t stop there. Together with the Slovak FA, we took things even further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After coaches embraced online education as both natural and highly convenient, we wanted to offer them even more. That\u2019s when we launched an initiative we had proposed to the Slovak FA from the very beginning\u2014allowing third-party content creators to publish courses for continuous coaching education, with full approval from the FA so that these courses could count toward license renewals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

And who are these third-party creators? Independent coaches, lecturers, instructors, mentors, researchers, and professionals from the world of football and sports. They began developing and recording their own courses, publishing them on our platform. Yes, we operate as a marketplace, giving experts a space to share and sell their knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I won\u2019t pretend it was easy. At first, convincing instructors to create content\u2014essentially for free, while waiting to see if it would sell\u2014was a major challenge. People tend to prefer a sure thing rather than a risk. But step by step, we made it work. And today, that\u2019s no longer a concern. Instructors now come to us on their own, returning time and again because they see the value. Not just financially, but professionally\u2014by sharing their knowledge, they stay visible and become increasingly recognized across the football community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result? A win-win-win-win scenario. Coaches, instructors, the FA, and our platform all benefit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since COVID-19 wasn\u2019t just a short-term disruption, we later partnered with the Slovak FA for another Coaching Conference\u2014one that proved just as, if not more, successful than the first. More importantly, we\u2019ve since published dozens of additional courses from a wide range of authors, covering every specialization, performance level, and age category. Today, over 90% of all active coaches in Slovakia have used our platform for education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t think it\u2019s an overstatement to say we\u2019ve completely transformed the coaching education market in the country. But never at the expense of quality. Never purely for business. From day one, we prioritized value over profit. Our main goal has always been to ensure that the key players\u2014coaches, instructors, and the FA\u2014genuinely see the benefits of what we provide. And we believe we\u2019ve succeeded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The numbers speak for themselves. Every year, coaches complete tens of thousands of hours of continuous education on our platform. But what we\u2019re most proud of is this: coaches have started embracing self-education. They no longer use our platform just to earn the credits they need for license renewals. They come back because they want to learn\u2014because they recognize the importance of ongoing education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For us, that\u2019s the biggest validation of all. Not only have we modernized coaching education, but we\u2019ve also contributed to raising the overall level of football in our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building on our domestic success, I started looking for ways to take this even further. That\u2019s when I identified the next two paths for our platform\u2019s growth:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Expanding our offerings within Slovakia.
2. Creating an international version of the platform\u2014one that could revolutionize coaching education beyond our borders.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

As we looked for ways to expand opportunities for coaches in Slovakia, one idea stood out: regular online webinars featuring expert guests covering a variety of topics. But to make this form of education more affordable and accessible, we introduced a membership program\u2014Progressive Coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an annual subscription, members gain automatic access to both live webinars and their recordings, which are available on our platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ll be honest\u2014I had concerns. Mainly because we made the deliberate decision to exclude most of this content from counting toward official continuous education credits for license renewal. Why? Because this program was designed for coaches who genuinely want to develop their skills and knowledge\u2014not just those looking to collect points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But my fears turned out to be unfounded. Within the first year, around 10% of all our users became paying members. I see this as a major success, and I believe that number will continue to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, the program has evolved over time. We refined our membership tiers, but more importantly, we completely redesigned the format to increase quality. Now, we host webinars almost every two weeks, with topics structured into five clear categories. This ensures that every coach finds at least four sessions directly relevant to their specialization each year\u2014plus another 8-12 topics from related fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another big step forward? We brought in Peter Kop\u00fa\u0148, the head coach of the Slovak women\u2019s national team, as our new moderator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These changes have significantly improved both the quality and volume of educational content available to coaches. And we\u2019re not stopping there\u2014we\u2019re constantly working on new ways to deliver even more value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second major step in expanding our platform was something I had been thinking about for a long time: launching an international, English-language version that would be accessible to coaches and professionals worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this came the challenge of finding new instructors willing to publish their courses in English and other foreign languages. But to our surprise, this was far easier than expected. Unlike in Slovakia, where many professionals were initially hesitant to invest time without immediate returns, international instructors were already familiar with the concept of passive income and the long-term benefits of sharing their knowledge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

As a result, our platform quickly began filling up with courses in English from authors with diverse backgrounds and expertise across different parts of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, any coach, regardless of location, can take these courses and receive a certificate of completion\u2014which, in many cases, can be used to earn credits for their continuous education requirements within their national football associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, I won\u2019t pretend this has been a flawless, easy expansion. Just as we initially faced resistance from the Slovak Football Association\u2014where COVID-19 played a key role in accelerating digital transformation\u2014we are now encountering similar challenges with other football associations worldwide. Many are still hesitant to adopt online learning models or integrate external platforms into their licensing structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But we\u2019re not backing down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are 100% confident that our platform brings huge benefits to any association willing to embrace it. It improves the quality and efficiency of coach education, provides high-quality content at zero cost to the association, and even offers a potential new revenue stream if the association chooses to publish and sell its own educational content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the biggest game-changer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By partnering with us, football federations gain access to an incredible library of content from top instructors around the world\u2014material their coaches would otherwise never have access to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And here\u2019s the kicker:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining our platform for continuous education doesn\u2019t cost associations a single cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entire collaboration is completely free, requiring nothing more than a simple agreement to recognize our platform\u2019s courses as part of their continuous education framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As more and more courses in English started appearing on our platform, we faced a new challenge: most Slovak coaches struggle with English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So how could we make this incredible content accessible to them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The obvious solution was to translate and re-record each course with a native speaker. But this approach came with two major problems:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

1. Inefficiency \u2013 The cost and time investment of re-recording each course would be financially unsustainable and take far too long to be viable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Loss of authenticity \u2013 A course created by one expert but narrated by someone else loses its personal touch. And since we don\u2019t just sell content\u2014we facilitate the teaching process of individual educators\u2014we knew we had to avoid this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s when we turned to artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over months of research, experimentation, and testing, we finally developed the perfect solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, we are not only able to translate courses into almost any language, but we can also dub them using AI. And here\u2019s the real breakthrough:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd39 We can clone the original instructor\u2019s voice\u2014so that the course remains fully authentic, no matter what language it\u2019s in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that every single course on our platform can now be made available worldwide in multiple languages, while still preserving the identity of the instructor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For coaches, this removes the language barrier and gives them access to global expertise in their native tongue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instructors, this means global recognition\u2014they are no longer limited by geography or language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For federations, it means unlimited access to a vast library of coaching content in their local language, without any additional effort on their part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 100+ courses already available, we are now capable of making every single one of them accessible in any language for the associations that join us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If that\u2019s not a revolution in football coach education\u2014breaking down barriers and making knowledge truly universal\u2014I don\u2019t know what is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our platform is more than just a place where coaches can take courses for their continuous education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s also a social network and a Learning Management System (LMS) that associations, confederations, and clubs can use for their internal education and coach management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For football associations, this is a game-changer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

It allows them to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Deliver theoretical content as part of their licensing education.
\u2705 Manage coaches and students in licensing groups.
\u2705 Organize everything in one place\u2014from communication and file sharing to discussion forums and live video meetings directly within the groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In short, our platform eliminates chaos, streamlining education and communication into one powerful system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this is exactly how we\u2019re helping reform coaching education in the Laos Football Federation (LFF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For over two years, LFF has been using our platform to manage their licensing groups. Now, we\u2019re taking things to the next level with an ambitious new project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first-ever PRO License coaching course in Laos, fully managed on our platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a historic milestone for LFF and a revolutionary step for Asian football education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A space where every member knows they are among like-minded professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A space where no one has to dig through irrelevant content from other industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We envision a future where our platform becomes the go-to place for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether regional, economic, or cultural, these obstacles shouldn\u2019t define who gets access to quality education. And we\u2019re here to change that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
