Milan Ivanka, Jozef Kapl\u00e1\u0148<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pl\u00e1novanie, periodiz\u00e1cia, rozlo\u017eenie za\u0165a\u017eenia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00davod<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Futbal sa men\u00ed.\u00a0Hra, ktor\u00e1 sa hrala pred 10, 20 \u010di dokonca 30 rokmi, u\u017e nie je tak\u00e1, ak\u00e1 je v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti. Futbal sa bude v\u00a0bud\u00facnosti i na\u010falej rozv\u00edja\u0165 a meni\u0165.\u00a0Samotn\u00e1 hra samozrejme zostala rovnak\u00e1.\u00a0St\u00e1le s\u00fa tu g\u00f3ly, lopta a 22 hr\u00e1\u010dov na ihrisku.\u00a0Okrem nieko\u013ek\u00fdch zmien pravidiel sa v tejto oblasti udialo len m\u00e1lo. Napriek tomu je dnes <strong>fyzick\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 futbalistu \u00faplne in\u00e1 ako pred p\u00e1r rokmi,<\/strong> futbal sa stal omnoho dynamickej\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0postupne v\u00a0priebehu rokov prich\u00e1dzalo k\u00a0zmene prior\u00edt v\u00a0rozvoji jednotliv\u00fdch pohybov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>V 80-tych rokoch<\/strong> sa futbal pova\u017eoval za \u010disto vytrvalostn\u00fd \u0161port.\u00a0Dve pohybov\u00e9 schopnosti, sila a r\u00fdchlos\u0165, sa takmer nebrali do \u00favahy. Mnoh\u00ed si e\u0161te pam\u00e4taj\u00fa na nekone\u010dn\u00e9 objemy a\u00a0kilometre nabehan\u00e9 v\u00a0ter\u00e9ne, \u010di na atletickej dr\u00e1he.\u00a0V tom \u010dase sa verilo, \u017ee r\u00fdchlos\u0165 je v\u00fdlu\u010dne genetick\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165, a preto sa ned\u00e1 tr\u00e9nova\u0165.\u00a0Bu\u010f ste \u0161print\u00e9rsky typ s mno\u017estvom r\u00fdchlych svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien alebo ste sk\u00f4r vytrvalostn\u00fd typ s preva\u017ene pomal\u00fdmi vl\u00e1knami.\u00a0Verilo sa, \u017ee tr\u00e9ning nem\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdrazne zmeni\u0165 tento genetick\u00fd stav.\u00a0Koordin\u00e1cia a agilita boli v\u00a0tej dobe irelevantn\u00e9 a mimo pozornosti tr\u00e9nerov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>V 90-tych rokoch<\/strong> minul\u00e9ho storo\u010dia do\u0161lo k\u00a0<strong>prvej \u201epodmiene\u010dnej revol\u00facii<\/strong>\u201c vo futbale.\u00a0\u0164a\u017eisko sa presunulo od t\u00e9my <strong>vytrvalosti k t\u00e9me r\u00fdchlosti.<\/strong>\u00a0V\u00fdchodiskov\u00fdm bodom tohto trendu bol <strong>Ajax Amsterdam<\/strong> pod veden\u00edm Luisa van Gaala.\u00a0<strong>Van Gaal zak\u00e1zal svojim tr\u00e9nerom robi\u0165 izolovan\u00e9 vytrvalostn\u00e9 behy.\u00a0<\/strong>Schopnos\u0165 vytrvalosti sa teda tr\u00e9novala \u0161pecificky len hern\u00fdmi formami.\u00a0Do futbalov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu boli navy\u0161e postupne integrovan\u00e9 v\u0161etky zlo\u017eky r\u00fdchlostn\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu (technika behu, pohybov\u00e1 frekvencia a pod.).\u00a0V\u010faka t\u00fdmto opatreniam sa Ajax v priebehu nasleduj\u00facich 5 rokov stal meradlom \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9ho eur\u00f3pskeho futbalu.\u00a0Mnoho tr\u00e9nerov z cel\u00e9ho sveta podniklo st\u00e1\u017ee do Amsterdamu, aby skop\u00edrovali tento koncept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>V roku 2004<\/strong> nastala\u00a0<strong>druh\u00e1 \u201epodmiene\u010dn\u00e1 revol\u00facia\u201c<\/strong>.\u00a0Tentoraz bol \u0161tartovac\u00edm faktorom <strong>J\u00fcrgen Klinsmann<\/strong>.\u00a0Nemeck\u00fa reprezent\u00e1ciu prevzal v roku 2004 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 si zobral po\u010detn\u00fd t\u00edm odborn\u00edkov v oblasti funk\u010dn\u00e9ho silov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu z USA do Nemecka.\u00a0V USA u\u017e vtedy hral \u00fastredn\u00fa \u00falohu <strong>fyzick\u00fd rozvoj<\/strong> \u0161portovcov.\u00a0Pod veden\u00edm Marka Verstegena a\u00a0Shada Forsytha pri\u0161iel do Eur\u00f3py koncept <strong>funk\u010dn\u00e9ho silov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Od roku 2010<\/strong> pribudli t\u00e9my <strong>mobility a agility. <\/strong>Futbal sa postupne stal atletickej\u0161\u00edm.\u00a0St\u00e1le v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed d\u00f4raz sa kl\u00e1dol na <strong>atletick\u00fd rozvoj hr\u00e1\u010dov<\/strong> a\u00a0<strong>funk\u010dnos\u0165 tr\u00e9ningu<\/strong> a tento trend trv\u00e1 dodnes.\u00a0Z\u00e1rove\u0148 dnes m\u00e1me probl\u00e9m s\u00a0optimaliz\u00e1ciou periodiz\u00e1cie za\u0165a\u017eenia. Tr\u00e9ner a\u00a0kondi\u010dn\u00ed \u0161pecialisti chc\u00fa\u00a0 tr\u00e9nova\u0165 v\u0161etky pre v\u00fdkon d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 komponenty a pod\u013ea toho ich zlep\u0161ova\u0165.\u00a0Rozdelen\u00edm tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho procesu na jednotliv\u00e9 zlo\u017eky, kde je hlavn\u00fd fokus\u00a0 (zameranie) v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti na tr\u00e9ning sily a\u00a0r\u00fdchlosti, ovplyv\u0148uje \u010das na samotn\u00fd hern\u00fd tr\u00e9ning. Z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu zohr\u00e1va st\u00e1le v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam pojem \u00fa\u010delnosti a\u00a0funk\u010dnosti tr\u00e9ningu, k\u00a0\u010domu n\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdrazne napom\u00f4c\u0165 kvalitn\u00e1 a odborn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca s\u00a0GPS syst\u00e9mom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">GPS je jednou z technologick\u00fdch vymo\u017eenost\u00ed modern\u00e9ho futbalu, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m ve\u013ekou mierou prispieva k zlep\u0161ovaniu fyzickej a\u00a0atletickej pripravenosti. Mnoho klubov a\u00a0dru\u017estiev ich v\u00a0r\u00e1mci svojich mo\u017enost\u00ed za\u010d\u00edna vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 i\u00a0v\u00a0na\u0161ich podmienkach, \u010di u\u017e v\u00a0r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho t\u00edmu alebo aj individu\u00e1lne u\u00a0hr\u00e1\u010dov pre skvalitnenie tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia. <strong>Syst\u00e9my GPS preto ch\u00e1peme ako efekt\u00edvny n\u00e1stroj, ktor\u00fd n\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017ee napom\u00f4c\u0165 lep\u0161ie organizova\u0165, pl\u00e1nova\u0165 a rozde\u013eova\u0165 za\u0165a\u017eenie<\/strong>. GPS sa st\u00e1vaj\u00fa neoddelite\u013enou a prirodzenou pom\u00f4ckou pre tr\u00e9nerov a hr\u00e1\u010dov v\u00a0\u010doraz \u0161ir\u0161om spektre r\u00f4znych s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e\u00ed. Ot\u00e1zkou ale je, \u010di s\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 spr\u00e1vne a\u00a0\u010di v\u00f4bec existuje nejak\u00fd v\u0161eobecne platn\u00fd n\u00e1vod na ich pou\u017eitie v\u00a0prospech progres\u00edvneho rozvoja hr\u00e1\u010dov vlastn\u00e9ho dru\u017estva. T\u00fdmto pr\u00edspevkom sa preto sna\u017e\u00edme predostrie\u0165 niektor\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa problematiky GPS v\u00a0tr\u00e9ningovom procese a\u00a0hlavne uk\u00e1za\u0165 i\u00a0v\u010faka vlastnej sk\u00fasenosti, niektor\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 postupy a\u00a0podnety pri pr\u00e1ci s\u00a0touto modernou pom\u00f4ckou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Zlo\u017eitos\u0165 modernej \u0161portovej vedy,\u00a0futbal nevyn\u00edmaj\u00fac, je zrejm\u00e1, pokia\u013e ide o\u00a0kontrolu a periodiz\u00e1ciu tr\u00e9ningovej z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee.\u00a0\u0160portov\u00ed profesion\u00e1li sa musia nielen zaobera\u0165\u00a0<strong>ve\u013ek\u00fdm mno\u017estvom \u00fadajov<\/strong>, ale musia tieto \u00fadaje\u00a0aj\u00a0<strong>zmysluplne interpretova\u0165, aby\u00a0mohli prij\u00edma\u0165 \u010do najviac erudovan\u00e9 rozhodnutia t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa tr\u00e9ningu<\/strong>.\u00a0DR.\u00a0Tim Gabbett, jeden z popredn\u00fdch odborn\u00edkov v oblasti tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia, zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje:\u00a0<em>\u201eV\u00fdzvou nie je len zbiera\u0165 d\u00e1ta, ale aj ich efekt\u00edvne vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 na zv\u00fd\u0161enie v\u00fdkonu a minimaliz\u00e1ciu zranen\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Bez toho, aby sme uv\u00e1dzali pr\u00edli\u0161 mnoho vedeck\u00fdch odkazov a\u00a0dopodrobna rozoberali technick\u00e9 vymo\u017eenosti GPS syst\u00e9mu, pok\u00fasime sa rozobra\u0165 ot\u00e1zku ich vyu\u017eitia pre prax z poh\u013eadu kou\u010dovania a re\u00e1lnych probl\u00e9mov, s\u00a0ktor\u00fdmi sa stret\u00e1vame na ihrisku v\u00a0tr\u00e9ningovom procese, \u010di n\u00e1sledne\u00a0v\u00a0kancel\u00e1rii pri po\u010d\u00edta\u010di. Na \u00favod si treba objasni\u0165, \u017ee seri\u00f3zna, odborn\u00e1 a\u00a0plne profesion\u00e1lna anal\u00fdza d\u00e1t GPS nem\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 vykonan\u00e1 vyslovene len kondi\u010dn\u00fdmi tr\u00e9nermi. To musia robi\u0165 \u0161portov\u00ed vedci \u2013 d\u00e1tov\u00ed analytici, ktor\u00ed rozumej\u00fa z\u00e1kladom \u0161portovej vedy, \u0161tatistike, r\u00f4znym technik\u00e1m strojov\u00e9ho u\u010denia, vizualiza\u010dn\u00fdm programom, metrike d\u00e1t a\u00a0r\u00f4znych premenn\u00fdch a pod. To sa v mnoh\u00fdch kluboch zatia\u013e re\u00e1lne nedeje z finan\u010dn\u00fdch a\u00a0hlavne person\u00e1lnych d\u00f4vodov, lebo na futbalovom trhu je zatia\u013e nedostatok kvalitn\u00fdch a odborne \u201epodkut\u00fdch\u201c d\u00e1tov\u00fdch analytikov. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina kondi\u010dn\u00fdch tr\u00e9nerov m\u00f4\u017ee poskytn\u00fa\u0165 inform\u00e1cie o tom, \u010di hr\u00e1\u010di nabehaj\u00fa 12 km, 400 m v\u00a0\u0161printe alebo 800 m HSR, \u010do s\u00fa hodnoty na pomerne slu\u0161nej \u00farovni, no je to hlavn\u00fd \u00fa\u010del pou\u017eitia GPS v klube? Z\u00a0n\u00e1\u0161ho poh\u013eadu je to m\u00e1lo, tieto poznatky m\u00f4\u017ee interpretova\u0165 i \u010dlovek z\u00a0ulice ovl\u00e1daj\u00faci po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fa techniku, ktor\u00fd r\u00e1d sleduje futbal, len ho mus\u00edme nau\u010di\u0165 na\u010d\u00edta\u0165 d\u00e1ta do syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Pre samotn\u00fd progres v\u00a0rozvoji fyzick\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia jednotliv\u00fdch hr\u00e1\u010dov je omnoho viacej podstatn\u00e9 vedie\u0165 na z\u00e1klade GPS technol\u00f3gie navrhn\u00fa\u0165 <strong>optim\u00e1lnu<\/strong> <strong>periodiz\u00e1ciu tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia<\/strong> po\u010das s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00e9ho, \u010di pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia v\u00a0r\u00e1mci jednotliv\u00fdch t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fdch mikrocyklov. <strong>Periodiz\u00e1cia <\/strong>je v podstate umn\u00e1 a vedeck\u00e1 met\u00f3da, starostlivo navrhnut\u00e1 na \u0161trukturaliz\u00e1ciu a synchroniz\u00e1ciu tr\u00e9ningu po\u010das celej futbalovej sez\u00f3ny (Issurin, 2010; Smith & Norris, 2012). Tu je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ca s hlavn\u00fdm tr\u00e9nerom oh\u013eadom \u0161t\u00fdlu hry, \u010di hlavn\u00fd tr\u00e9ner hr\u00e1 preva\u017ene defenz\u00edvne alebo sa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu \u010dasu zameriava sk\u00f4r na \u00fato\u010dn\u00fd pressing. Hra\u0165 syst\u00e9mom 3-5-2 alebo v rozostaven\u00ed 4-2-3-1 je pre v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu hr\u00e1\u010dov ve\u013ek\u00fd rozdiel, ke\u010f sa na to pozrieme z\u00a0poh\u013eadu fyzick\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia. N\u00e1sledne je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia s\u00a0hlavn\u00fdm tr\u00e9nerom oh\u013eadom \u010dlenenia jednotliv\u00fdch mikrocyklov. Nako\u013eko my pracujeme so syst\u00e9mom GPS Catapult a\u00a0nako\u013eko je tento syst\u00e9m i\u00a0pomerne roz\u0161\u00edren\u00fd v\u00a0r\u00e1mci n\u00e1\u0161ho futbalu, tak budeme uv\u00e1dza\u0165 pr\u00edklady a d\u00e1ta z\u00a0praxe v\u00a0pon\u00edman\u00ed tohoto konkr\u00e9tneho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Najsk\u00f4r sa v\u0161ak treba obozn\u00e1mi\u0165 s\u00a0hlavn\u00fdmi premenn\u00fdmi v\u00a0r\u00e1mci tohto syst\u00e9mu, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1haj\u00fa vytvori\u0165 re\u00e1lny a\u00a0objekt\u00edvny obraz za\u0165a\u017eenia hr\u00e1\u010dov v\u00a0r\u00e1mci ich fyzickej aktivity. Z\u00e1klad n\u00e1m tvor\u00ed metrika, s\u00a0ktorou n\u00e1sledne pracujeme pri <strong>pl\u00e1novan\u00ed,<\/strong> <strong>periodiz\u00e1ci\u00ed a\u00a0rozlo\u017een\u00ed za\u0165a\u017eenia. <\/strong>Na z\u00e1klade praxe ku ka\u017edej premennej uv\u00e1dzame okrem jej z\u00e1kladnej charakteristiky i\u00a0dopl\u0148uj\u00face inform\u00e1cie oh\u013eadom prenosu do kondi\u010dn\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. TOTAL DISTANCE (TD)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednotky: metre (m), kilometre (km)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Celkov\u00e1 prekonan\u00e1 vzdialenos\u0165 poskytuje dobr\u00fd glob\u00e1lny preh\u013ead <strong>objemu za\u0165a\u017eenia<\/strong> (ch\u00f4dza, beh) a je to tie\u017e jednoduch\u00fd sp\u00f4sob, ako pos\u00fadi\u0165 pr\u00ednos jednotlivca vo vz\u0165ahu k t\u00edmov\u00e9mu \u00fasiliu. Celkov\u00e1 vzdialenos\u0165 je tie\u017e u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e1 metrika na sledovanie tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia hr\u00e1\u010dov po\u010das t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a. Sledovan\u00edm celkovej prekonanej vzdialenosti hr\u00e1\u010dov v TMC po\u010das sez\u00f3ny\u00a0 m\u00f4\u017eu tr\u00e9neri vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 tieto \u00fadaje na monitorovanie ich v\u00fdkonnosti a zvy\u0161ovania ich pracovn\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia.\u00a0M\u00f4\u017eeme tie\u017e zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u010di hr\u00e1\u010dovi hroz\u00ed vyhorenie (pretr\u00e9novanie, prep\u00e4tie) a\u00a0v\u00a0kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku zranenie.\u00a0Napr\u00edklad, ak sa pracovn\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie hr\u00e1\u010dov (objem) v priebehu kr\u00e1tkeho \u010dasu r\u00fdchlo zvy\u0161uje a po\u010das z\u00e1pasov a tr\u00e9ningov prekon\u00e1vaj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00fa celkov\u00fa vzdialenos\u0165, tak ich to m\u00f4\u017ee vystavi\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00e9mu riziku zranenia.\u00a0Predch\u00e1dzaj\u00face \u0161t\u00fadie zistili, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161enie pracovn\u00e9ho za\u0165a\u017eenia o 15% z t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a na t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 m\u00f4\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 riziko zranenia hr\u00e1\u010da o 50%.\u00a0Preto je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 sledova\u0165 za\u0165a\u017eenie hr\u00e1\u010dov, aby sme identifikovali mo\u017en\u00e9 ohrozenia u jednotliv\u00fdch hr\u00e1\u010dov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V priemere po\u010das 90-min\u00fatov\u00e9ho futbalov\u00e9ho z\u00e1pasu profesion\u00e1lny hr\u00e1\u010d prekon\u00e1<\/strong> <strong>9 a\u017e 11 km.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. METER PER MINUTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednotka: metre za min\u00fatu (m\/min)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ud\u00e1va n\u00e1m priemern\u00fa intenzitu v priebehu tr\u00e9ningu alebo z\u00e1pasu.\u00a0(Carling, 2012). <strong>Metre za min\u00fatu<\/strong> celkovo dobre vyjadruj\u00fa, ako tvrdo a intenz\u00edvne ste pracovali, je to po\u010det metrov prekonan\u00fdch hr\u00e1\u010dom za 1 min\u00fatu.
