Rozsiahla \u0161t\u00fadia Evolution of Physical and Technical Performance Parameters in English Premier League (V\u00fdvoj parametrov z\u00e1pasov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu pre r\u00f4zne hr\u00e1\u010dske poz\u00edcie v anglickej Premier League) popisuje detailne v\u00fdvoj niektor\u00fdch fyzick\u00fdch a technick\u00fdch po\u017eiadaviek na hr\u00e1\u010da v rokoch 2006-2013. Z toho sa d\u00e1 \u013eahko odvodi\u0165, \u017ee samotn\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 nem\u00f4\u017ee zaru\u010di\u0165, \u017ee z hr\u00e1\u010da bude hviezda. Mus\u00ed s\u00edce, ako desa\u0165boj\u00e1ri v atletike, vedie\u0165 viac-menej v\u0161etko z futbalu, ale ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 e\u0161te svoju silnej\u0161iu str\u00e1nku, ktor\u00e1 je podporen\u00e1 ur\u010ditou fyziol\u00f3giou. V nej by mal e\u0161te viac vynikn\u00fa\u0165 a pod\u013ea toho by mal tr\u00e9nova\u0165. Vychyt\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa mnoh\u00e9 detaily, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa v\u00fdrazn\u00fd vplyv na v\u00fdkon hr\u00e1\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Mnoho na\u0161ich dru\u017estiev zatia\u013e tr\u00e9nuje tro\u0161ku naslepo, rob\u00edme trochu r\u00fdchlosti, trochu akceler\u00e1cie, trochu vytrvalosti a potom s\u00fa hr\u00e1\u010di pripraven\u00ed trochu na v\u0161etko. Nepripravujeme individu\u00e1lne hr\u00e1\u010dov na pribl\u00ed\u017eenie sa k ich fyziologick\u00fdm limitom. Ak hr\u00e1\u010dov spr\u00e1vne vyberieme a priprav\u00edme ich atleticky na hranici ich limitov, tak zist\u00edme, \u017ee aj u\u00a0n\u00e1s m\u00f4\u017eeme vytvori\u0165 vysoko konkurencieschopn\u00fd t\u00edm, ktor\u00fd nem\u00e1 probl\u00e9m s r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou, ani s nedostatkom \u0161printov\u00fdch akci\u00ed. V tr\u00e9ningu to nie sme schopn\u00ed stopercentne nasimulova\u0165. Z\u00e1pasov\u00e9 d\u00e1ta s\u00fa v\u0161ak u\u017e dnes pomocou GPS syst\u00e9mu \u013eahko dostupn\u00e9. Na v\u00fdbu\u0161nej sile sa ned\u00e1 pracova\u0165 bez toho, aby organizmus mal energetick\u00e9 zdroje a bez toho, aby bol odpo\u010dinut\u00fd.
