Nast\u00e1va obdobie <strong>letn\u00fdch pr\u00edpravn\u00fdch obdob\u00ed \u2013 LPO<\/strong>, tie maj\u00fa svoje \u0161pecifik\u00e1 a odli\u0161nosti v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed so zimn\u00fdm pr\u00edpravn\u00fdm obdob\u00ed. Na \u00favod treba zd\u00f4razni\u0165, \u017ee v\u00a0na\u0161ich klimatick\u00fdch podmienkach je najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed rozdiel v\u00a0podobe aktu\u00e1lneho stavu po\u010dasia a\u00a0v\u00a0teplotn\u00fdch rozdieloch medzi zimou a\u00a0letom. Druh\u00fd najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00ed rozdiel, ktor\u00fd sa v\u0161ak postupne a\u00a0to hlavne v\u00a0profesion\u00e1lnom futbale str\u00e1ca, je rozdiel v\u00a0d\u013a\u017eke pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia.\u00a0 Letn\u00e9 pr\u00edpravn\u00e9 obdobie vo futbale b\u00fdva zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a krat\u0161ie oproti tomu zimn\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filozofia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Pod\u013ea Bisanza (1988) by kondi\u010dn\u00fd tr\u00e9ning po\u010das pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia nemal by\u0165 v\u00fdrazne odli\u0161n\u00fd od kondi\u010dn\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu po\u010das celej sez\u00f3ny, a to z d\u00f4vodu, \u017ee kond\u00edciu po\u010das pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia 4 \u2013 5 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov kondi\u010dn\u00fdm tr\u00e9ningom nemo\u017eno podstatne ovplyvni\u0165 a dosiahnu\u0165 vysok\u00fa a ani stabiln\u00fa \u00farove\u0148. Pokia\u013e je <strong>systematicky<\/strong> zvy\u0161ovan\u00e1 aj intenzita technicko-taktick\u00e9ho zamerania tr\u00e9ningu a je primeran\u00e1 tempu hry a je zara\u010fovan\u00fd \u0161peci\u00e1lny futbalov\u00fd kondi\u010dn\u00fd tr\u00e9ning, tak je zabezpe\u010den\u00fd stabiln\u00fd rozvoj telesnej v\u00fdkonnosti. Po\u017eiadavky s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee s\u00fa ur\u010duj\u00face pre \u0161peci\u00e1lny kondi\u010dn\u00fd tr\u00e9ning futbalistov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Te\u00f3ria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Z\u00a0poh\u013eadu rozvoja futbalov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010dov v\u00a0LPO\u00a0 je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd stav tr\u00e9novanosti \u2013 telesn\u00fd a psychick\u00fd stav hr\u00e1\u010da meniaci sa v \u010dase, je mo\u017en\u00e9 ho z\u00e1merne ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165. Riadi\u0165 tento proces znamen\u00e1 na <strong>z\u00e1klade diagnostiky v\u00fdchodiskov\u00e9ho stavu, dosiahnu\u0165 nov\u00fd \u017eiaduci stav tr\u00e9novanosti \u2013 postupn\u00fdmi krokmi dosiahnu\u0165 dlhodob\u00fd a progres\u00edvny rozvoj.<\/strong> Pre dosiahnutie zmeny tohto stavu je nutn\u00e9 premyslenou organiz\u00e1ciou usporiada\u0165 do tr\u00e9ningov\u00fdch jednotiek a\u00a0mikrocyklov za\u0165a\u017eenie pod\u013ea ur\u010dit\u00fdch met\u00f3d a princ\u00edpov. <strong>Podmienkami \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9ho riadenia tr\u00e9ningu s\u00fa:<\/strong> vykon\u00e1va\u0165 diagnostiku aktu\u00e1lneho stavu tr\u00e9novanosti hr\u00e1\u010dov (dru\u017estva), vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 cie\u013eov\u00fd model stavu tr\u00e9novanosti \u2013 pl\u00e1n, systematicky kontrolova\u0165 a pos\u00fadi\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinky zvolen\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu \u2013 korekcia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bloky letn\u00e9ho pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Predpr\u00edpravn\u00fd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kondi\u010dn\u00fd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zmie\u0161an\u00fd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vyla\u010fovac\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Predpr\u00edpravn\u00fd blok:<\/strong><br>(10-14 dn\u00ed v\u00a0dom\u00e1cich podmienkach)<br>Je zameran\u00fd po obdob\u00ed dovoleniek a\u00a0vo\u013ena od futbalu na re\u0161tartovanie kond\u00edcie formou individu\u00e1lnych pl\u00e1nov. <strong>Tento blok ch\u00e1pme ako predpr\u00edpravu organizmu na letn\u00e9 pr\u00edpravn\u00e9 obdobie \u2013 adapta\u010dn\u00fd efekt na aer\u00f3bne tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie a\u00a0udr\u017eanie ur\u010ditej \u00farovne silov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed. <\/strong>Adapt\u00e1cia na aer\u00f3bn\u00fa z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e je prvotn\u00fdm cie\u013eom na za\u010diatku tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Kondi\u010dn\u00fd blok:<\/strong><br>Zvy\u010dajne s\u00fa to 2 mikrocykly so zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm objemom za\u0165a\u017eenia o 1 maxim\u00e1lne 2 tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 jednotky oproti klasick\u00e9mu t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00e9mu mikrocyklu v\u00a0s\u00fa\u0165a\u017enom obdob\u00ed. Aj ke\u010f je tento blok zameran\u00fd viac-menej na kondi\u010dn\u00fa str\u00e1nku futbalistov, preva\u017euje hern\u00fd tr\u00e9ning nad kondi\u010dn\u00fdm. V kondi\u010dnom tr\u00e9ningu prebieha rovnocenn\u00e1 stimul\u00e1cia vytrvalostn\u00fdch a silov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed, kde je d\u00f4raz na zv\u00fd\u0161enie \u00farovne MAS (maxim\u00e1lnej aer\u00f3bnej r\u00fdchlosti \u2013 pozri kurz autora \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/soccercoacheshub.comcourses\/efektivny-trening-futbalovej-vytrvalosti-formou-metody-mas\/\" class=\"ek-link\">Efekt\u00edvny tr\u00e9ning futbalovej vytrvalosti formou met\u00f3dy MAS<\/a>\u201c) s\u00a0postupn\u00fdm prechodom k\u00a0behom vo vysokej intenzite (HSR \u2013 pozri kurz autora \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/soccercoacheshub.comcourses\/svk-aplikacia-vysokorychlostnych-behov-do-futbaloveho-treningu\/\" class=\"ek-link\">Aplik\u00edcia vysokor\u00fdchlstn\u00fdch behov do futbalov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ningu<\/a>\u201c) a\u00a0zlep\u0161enie silov\u00fdch parametrov hr\u00e1\u010dov.\u00a0 V\u00a0 hernom tr\u00e9ningu potom mierne preva\u017euje tr\u00e9ning na energetick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my a\u00a0tr\u00e9ning agility. Pr\u00edpravn\u00e9 z\u00e1pasy v\u00a0tomto bloku sl\u00fa\u017eia na obnovu hernej kond\u00edcie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Zmie\u0161an\u00fd blok:<\/strong><br>Na kondi\u010dn\u00fd blok plynule nadv\u00e4zuje blok zmie\u0161an\u00fd, ktor\u00fd je v\u00a0trvan\u00ed 2 mikrocyklov so zameran\u00edm na hern\u00fd tr\u00e9ning. Mikrocykly v\u00a0tomto bloku LPO s\u00fa toto\u017en\u00e9 s\u00a0mikrocyklami v\u00a0s\u00fa\u0165a\u017enom obdob\u00ed. Prednos\u0165 v tomto obdob\u00ed m\u00e1 jednozna\u010dne hern\u00fd tr\u00e9ning (TE-TA) pred kondi\u010dn\u00fdm tr\u00e9ningom. V kondi\u010dnom tr\u00e9ningu je pozornos\u0165 zameran\u00e1 u\u017e na r\u00fdchlostn\u00e9 schopnosti (frekven\u010dn\u00e1 a akcelera\u010dn\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165) a koordina\u010dn\u00e9 schopnosti (v spojen\u00ed s r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou \u2013 \u0161tarty z r\u00f4znych pol\u00f4h, krokov\u00e9 atletick\u00e9 cvi\u010denia, agility behy a\u00a0pod.). Pri stimul\u00e1cii silov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvame\u00a0 posil\u0148ov\u0148u alebo funk\u010dn\u00fa silu formou power agility na ihrisku. Silu ako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd predpoklad zlep\u0161enia r\u00fdchlostn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di realizuj\u00fa na z\u00e1klade vypracovan\u00e9ho vlastn\u00e9ho <strong>power programu<\/strong> so zameran\u00edm na v\u00fdbu\u0161nos\u0165 a dynamiku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Vyla\u010fovac\u00ed blok:<\/strong><br>Vyla\u010fovac\u00ed blok letn\u00e9ho pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia b\u00fdva v\u00a0trvan\u00ed jedn\u00e9ho mikrocyklu \u2013 jeden t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148. Tento tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd mikrocyklus u\u017e plne smeruje k prv\u00e9mu majstrovsk\u00e9mu stretnutiu. Tomu zodpoved\u00e1 obsah i\u00a0stavba tr\u00e9ningov\u00fdch jednotiek, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa vylo\u017eene charakter hlavn\u00e9ho s\u00fa\u0165a\u017en\u00e9ho obdobia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Praktick\u00e1 sk\u00fasenos\u0165<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Na z\u00e1klade praktickej sk\u00fasenosti by rozvoj\u00a0<\/strong> <strong>v\u0161eobecnej vytrvalosti<\/strong>, aspo\u0148 v\u00a0 prv\u00fdch d\u0148och\u00a0 letn\u00e9ho pr\u00edpravn\u00e9ho obdobia nemal ch\u00fdba\u0165. Tvor\u00ed toti\u017e tak\u00fd z\u00e1kladn\u00fd stavebn\u00fd kame\u0148, od ktor\u00e9ho sa n\u00e1sledne odv\u00edja postupn\u00fd progres v\u00a0rozvoji kondi\u010dn\u00fdch parametrov. V\u00a0akej podobe si zostav\u00edme vlastn\u00fd pl\u00e1n pre rozvoj kond\u00edcie je ur\u010den\u00e9 v\u00fdsledkami \u00favodnej diagnostiky. Z\u00a0m\u00f4jho poh\u013eadu a\u00a0na z\u00e1klade vlastnej sk\u00fasenosti m\u00e1m na za\u010diatku LPO stanoven\u00fa minim\u00e1lnu hranicu \u00farovne VO2 max, \u010do je ukazovate\u013e \u00farovne vytrvalostn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed na hodnotu 60 (ml\/kg\/min.).\u00a0 A\u017e na ur\u010ditej \u00farovni z\u00e1kladnej vytrvalosti m\u00f4\u017eeme toti\u017e za\u010da\u0165 efekt\u00edvny rozvoj \u010fal\u0161\u00edch pohybov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed. Z\u00a0poh\u013eadu LPO je optimaliz\u00e1cia be\u017eeckej pr\u00edpravy dru\u017estva so zameran\u00edm na efekt\u00edvny rozvoj VO2max ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 a\u00a0potrebn\u00e1. Na z\u00e1klade v\u00fdsledkov diagnostiky hr\u00e1\u010dov,\u00a0YO-YO IRT Level 2, m\u00e1me vypracovan\u00fd individu\u00e1lny\u00a0 tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd pl\u00e1n pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho n\u00e1\u0161ho hr\u00e1\u010da. Pokia\u013e diagnostika na za\u010diatku LPO potvrd\u00ed u\u00a0v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iny hr\u00e1\u010dov vy\u0161\u0161iu \u00farove\u0148 VO2 max. ako je 60, tak vieme napl\u00e1nova\u0165 pr\u00edpravu s\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm podielom \u0161pecifick\u00fdch prvkov do tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho procesu. To n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje pl\u00e1nova\u0165 tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie tak, \u017ee sa nemus\u00edme dlhodobej\u0161ie zameriava\u0165 na rozvoj aer\u00f3bnej vytrvalosti ne\u0161pecifick\u00fdmi prostriedkami, ako z\u00e1kladu pre bud\u00facu v\u00fdkonnos\u0165. Tr\u00e9ningov\u00fd proces je potom viacej zameran\u00fd na hern\u00e9 stimuly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inova\u010dn\u00e9 met\u00f3dy rozvoja kond\u00edcie v LPO na z\u00e1klade nov\u00fdch GPS technol\u00f3gi\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pl\u00e1novanie, periodiz\u00e1cia, rozlo\u017eenie z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">V\u00a0profesion\u00e1lnom, ale postupne i\u00a0vo v\u00fdkonnostnom futbale, kde s\u00fa vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 jednoduch\u0161ie formy GPS anal\u00fdz formou individu\u00e1lneho zis\u0165ovania \u00fadajov, napr\u00edklad StatSports, Catapult One, a\u00a0pod. sa neoddelite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou tr\u00e9ningov\u00e9ho procesu st\u00e1vaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne sp\u00f4soby objektiviz\u00e1cie a\u00a0podpory kondi\u010dn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed formou GPS technol\u00f3gi\u00ed<strong>. <\/strong>Ako sa vyv\u00edja veda a technika v spolo\u010dnosti, tak i\u00a0vo futbale, \u010di u\u017e v\u00a0individu\u00e1lnom tr\u00e9ningu alebo i\u00a0v\u00a0tr\u00e9ningu cel\u00e9ho dru\u017estva, vid\u00edme mnoho nov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed zameran\u00fdch hlavne na rozvoj v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch pohybov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed a\u00a0funk\u010dnej pripravenosti organizmu hr\u00e1\u010dov na z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e.
