How We Revolutionized Football Coaching Education (Not Only) in Slovakia (Part 4)
The second major step in expanding our platform was something I had been thinking about for a long time: launching an international, English-language version that would be accessible to coaches and professionals worldwide.
With this came the challenge of finding new instructors willing to publish their courses in English and other foreign languages. But to our surprise, this was far easier than expected. Unlike in Slovakia, where many professionals were initially hesitant to invest time without immediate returns, international instructors were already familiar with the concept of passive income and the long-term benefits of sharing their knowledge.
As a result, our platform quickly began filling up with courses in English from authors with diverse backgrounds and expertise across different parts of the world.
Now, any coach, regardless of location, can take these courses and receive a certificate of completion—which, in many cases, can be used to earn credits for their continuous education requirements within their national football associations.
However, I won’t pretend this has been a flawless, easy expansion. Just as we initially faced resistance from the Slovak Football Association—where COVID-19 played a key role in accelerating digital transformation—we are now encountering similar challenges with other football associations worldwide. Many are still hesitant to adopt online learning models or integrate external platforms into their licensing structures.
But we’re not backing down.
We are 100% confident that our platform brings huge benefits to any association willing to embrace it. It improves the quality and efficiency of coach education, provides high-quality content at zero cost to the association, and even offers a potential new revenue stream if the association chooses to publish and sell its own educational content.
But the biggest game-changer?
By partnering with us, football federations gain access to an incredible library of content from top instructors around the world—material their coaches would otherwise never have access to.
